1 . 24/7 On-spot Repair Support
Eagle Eye RSA offers reliable service and support in case of vehicle breakdowns, including flat tires, dead batteries, minor electrical or mechanical issues, lost or misplaced keys, and accidents.
2 . Flat Tyre tube/tubeless
Flat Tyre generally occurs due to any punctures on the tubes or tyres because of any sharp objects piercing like nails, thorns, pins, etc. or valve pin issues, valve neck issues, rim bend problem etc.
Flat Tyre generally happens due to long halts of the Vehicles. Eagle Eye RSA shall provide the following service either by fixing the Puncture or by fixing the valve pin or by replacing the tube, as per the Service requirement. The Service labour cost shall be of free of cost to vehicles under the Subscription Plans*. Also, the Service Cost shall be free for up to One (1) puncture fixing and more than one puncture fixing shall be charged as per the actuals to the Customer.
Eagle Eye RSA shall ensure that all the tyres shall be checked for air pressure and filling as per the OEM guidelines. Stephney change will be done in case of a major problem which includes wheel rim bent which may not be fixed at the spot.
3 . Drained Battery
In the event of a drained battery, Eagle Eye Rsa will assist the customer by jump-starting the vehicle. Our mechanics will also check the battery voltage and provide recommendations for the next steps if the voltage is below the OEM-specified threshold.
If the battery is dead and requires replacement, customers have the option to arrange for a new battery through our mechanics locally. However, all expenses related to the purchase, installation, and conveyance will be borne by the customer. We strongly advise customers to verify the authenticity of the battery and its warranty before making a purchase.
While Eagle Eye Rsa ensures that our mechanics are trained to deliver top-quality service, any products or services acquired outside the scope of our direct work are merely facilitated by us, and Eagle Eye Rsa cannot be held responsible for their quality or outcome.
4 . Minor Electrical & Mechanical Problems
In the event of a breakdown, Eagle Eye Rsa will facilitate a skilled mechanic to perform the necessary repairs in accordance with OEM guidelines. Eagle Eye Rsa will cover the labour and conveyance costs for providing the service. However, any expenses related to spare parts required for on-the-spot replacement, along with any additional conveyance costs for purchasing such parts, will be borne by the customer.
To ensure long-term reliability and prevent future breakdowns, Eagle Eye Rsa may recommend that the customer take the vehicle to the nearest authorized workshop for a comprehensive inspection and repair. All repairs and services facilitated under this category will strictly adhere to OEM guidelines
5 . Key Unlock Assistance
In the event of key unlock assistance due to the following reasons: (i) broken key, (ii) key locked inside, or (iii) lost key, Eagle Eye RSA shall assist the Customer in retrieving the spare key from their residence or office within a 20 km radius or help arrange a duplicate key. Any additional costs, such as extra kilometres or expenses related to duplicate key arrangements, shall be borne by the Customer. Our representative will hand over the spare key only after verifying the Customer’s identity proof against the vehicle ownership details. The Order Management Team will facilitate communication and coordination among all involved parties to ensure seamless service.
6 . Battery Swapping Assistance
The Customer is responsible for arranging a replacement or spare battery from their home or an authorized dealership. All associated costs, including incidental charges, service fees, and conveyance expenses, shall be fully borne by the Customer. Battery swapping assistance will be facilitated only within a 25 km radius.
7 . Accidental Towing Service
If the Vehicle is rendered non-drivable due to an accident and cannot be repaired on-site through our services, it will be towed to an authorized workshop as per the Customer’s instructions. Towing will be provided free of charge for the first 25 kilometers from the incident location to the drop-off point. Any distance beyond 25 kilometers will be chargeable to the Customer at prevailing market rates. The Customer is responsible for arranging all necessary clearance documents required for the towing process.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eagle Eye RSA subscription services shall be provided only if the vehicle has a breakdown or has been immobilized on the road. Service requests arising at the customer’s home or doorstep shall not be fulfilled.
All plans generally carry a cooling period of 168 hours from the time of activation. Customers are requested to check the applicable cooling period, plan validity, service inclusions, and other details for their specific plan before subscribing.
Wherever unlimited incidents are applicable under a particular plan for any kind of service, it is capped at 5 incidents per year for that specific service.
Eagle Eye RSA shall attempt to provide on-the-spot repairs wherever possible. However, if repair is not feasible, customers will need to avail of the towing service, which will be counted as an additional service incident.
Customers are requested to read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Service-related information before subscribing to Eagle Eye RSA subscription packages.
Eagle Eye RSA services are available in Bangalore only, while On-Demand Services
are provided only within defined locations. Day and night charges may vary ;
Day time: 8 AM to 8 PM
Night time: 8 PM to 8 AM
For any spare parts, consumables, fines, statutory compliances, toll charges, parking fees, and applicable taxes, customers will be charged as per actuals.
Eagle Eye RSA shall conduct reasonable due diligence to verify requests for key lock-out, fuel delivery, etc. However, Eagle Eye RSA shall remain indemnified in case of malafide intent on the part of the service requestor.
Eagle Eye RSA services shall not be applicable in cases where the vehicle driver is found to be:
Under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics (unless medically prescribed).
- Below the legal driving age of 18 years.
- Without a valid driving license.
- Involved in a criminal or offensive act.
- Exceeding the permitted number of passengers.
- Carrying an overweight load beyond the allowed limit.
Eagle Eye RSA will strive to provide services within the stipulated time; however, it shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to conditions beyond its control, such as traffic congestion, riots, roadblocks, route diversions, force majeure events, natural calamities (rain, flood, etc.), failure of partner service providers, rallies, state bandhs, etc.
In cases of misuse of services, non-payment of service charges, or misbehaviour toward technicians/employees, Eagle Eye RSA reserves the right to bar the customer’s subscription/profile/service and take necessary legal action.
Eagle Eye RSA is not responsible for incorrect information provided by customers while booking a service/subscription and any consequences arising thereafter.
Eagle Eye RSA shall not be held responsible for any damages caused while rendering services. Customers are advised to request and verify spare parts bills from the mechanic.
Eagle Eye RSA ensures a safe and secure service for stranded customers. A dedicated Eagle Eye RSA field force is available on request to assist female customers during nighttime incidents. However, customers are advised to remain cautious and report any security threats to the nearest police station. Eagle Eye RSA will provide necessary support but shall not be legally liable for safety and security concerns.
Subscription Plan Details
The subscription plan is vehicle-specific. Once linked to a particular vehicle registration number, services can be availed only for that vehicle. If a customer owns multiple vehicles, they must purchase separate subscription plans. On-Demand Services can be availed in specified locations by paying per-incident charges.
Towing Service Conditions Towing will be provided only for major repairs and will be categorized as follows:
2-Wheelers: Towed using Flatbed towing.
4-Wheelers: Lifting Towing: Used when wheels are jammed (front or back) or when the vehicle is stuck in mud or potholes.
Flatbed Towing: Used when all four wheels are in a movable condition, mostly in cases of mechanical breakdowns.
Recovery Crane Service: If all four wheels are jammed, an accident recovery crane will be used to load the vehicle onto a flatbed towing truck.
If the same service is repeatedly requested for a vehicle under the subscription plan, Eagle Eye RSA will conduct an investigation to recommend the best possible fix. If the customer requests the same service again without implementing the recommended fix, the service will be chargeable.
Eagle Eye RSA subscription services are not applicable for vehicle immobilization due to:
- Police or authority interventions.
- Vehicles kept in non-roadworthy conditions.
- Vehicles not serviced as per manufacturer recommendations.
Authorization to Contact
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, customers authorize Eagle Eye RSA to use their phone number, email ID, and address for further communication via SMS, calls, or emails.
Eagle Eye RSA reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Customers are advised to regularly review the Terms & Conditions before availing of any service.

All General Terms and Conditions are applicable for customers availing of any subscription plan from Eagle Eye RSA. Additionally, plan-specific terms and conditions apply and can be accessed through the website or product brochures. Customers are advised to review them before subscribing.

(f) to submit false or misleading information;
(g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;
(h) to collect or track the personal information of others;
(i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
(j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
(k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the Terms of Service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall We, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eagle Eye RSA and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Eagle Eye RSA may vary, amend, change, or update these Terms at its sole discretion from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure compliance. Your continued use of the Eagle Eye RSA Application after any amendment shall be deemed as express acceptance of the updated terms, and you agree to be bound by them.

PAYMENT TERMS
All payments made for Eagle Eye RSA Services on the Eagle Eye RSA Application shall be in Indian Rupees (INR), which is the only acceptable currency for transactions in India. Eagle Eye RSA Application does not support transactions in any other currency.

You can make payments using:
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI Payments
Any other RBI-approved payment method available at the time of booking
You acknowledge and agree that the payment facility provided by Eagle Eye RSA is not a banking or financial service but a payment processing system using authorized banking infrastructure and payment gateway networks. Eagle Eye RSA is neither acting as a trustee nor in a fiduciary capacity with respect to transactions.
For completing the payment, you will be redirected to a third-party payment gateway. The information provided for online payment will be used solely for processing transactions. Eagle Eye RSA shall not be held responsible for payment errors. Customers must provide accurate payment details to ensure successful transactions.
Invoices will be sent to customers via email. All invoices issued by Eagle Eye RSA shall comply with Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws applicable in India.
The customer agrees that all amounts payable under these Terms shall be inclusive of applicable taxes.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Eagle Eye RSA shall confirm and initiate the Eagle Eye RSA Services only after receiving confirmation from you. If you wish to cancel a service request, you must select the Cancel option on the Eagle Eye RSA Application.
However, if the service work has already been initiated by our Mechanics, a Cancellation Fee may be applicable.
Cancellation by Eagle Eye RSA
Eagle Eye RSA may cancel your service request if:
- The designated service address is outside the serviceable location of Eagle Eye RSA.
- We are unable to contact you via phone or any other communication channel at the time of confirmation.
- The information or instructions provided by you are incomplete or insufficient to execute the service.
- The subscription or package purchased is incompatible/unrelated to your vehicle.
- The service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the control of Eagle Eye RSA.
Refund Process
All refunds initiated by Eagle Eye RSA shall be credited to the original source account from which the transaction was initiated. The refund timelines are as follows:
